Poor usability and confusing links hide Club Nokia's solid product information.
IN A NUTSHELL
If you're in one of the supported countries and can overlook the challenging user experience, it's a great source of information to learn more about Nokia products and customer service.
BRAVO
Attractive graphics and balanced branding support the lifestyle ideals of the Nokia brand. Nokia clearly outlines the benefits of joining the program, and customer-specific newsletters come with the promise of monthly updates.
TRY AGAIN
The site lets us down with poor usability, confusing links, and the occasional link that opens a new window for no good reason. Required use of the www sub-domain to access the site means there is no simple URL to bookmark for return visits. We're confused about the promotion of two seemingly related but different newsletters"Club Nokia" and "Nokia Connections"for the same group of customers. In addition, the folks at Nokia do not tell us when they last updated the information on the site, and poor translation of content into English occasionally impedes readability.
