The ocean that touches many shores
Definition: (n, adj) Used as a metaphor for a concept, solution—or even a person—that affects multiple things. “Our CRM solution has many applications for your business; it’s the ocean that touches many shores.”
Why we love it: What’s not to love? It’s visual, it’s green, and it’s global.
Why we hate it: Isn’t it easier to say multipurpose?
