Charles Schwab communicated regularly with its workforce on its company intranet @schwab, but the content needed a facelift. The site needed to re-energize interest from its internal audience and encourage employees to leverage it for company updates and industry best practices.
To improve @schwab, Tendo conducted a series of workshops designed to educate the internal communications staff on best practices for Web publishing. The workshops used real-world examples to demonstrate how to create compelling, audience-focused content and facilitate discussions to generate ideas.
