HP’s Enterprise Business marketing organization wanted to establish better systems for planning, creating, and publishing customer-focused content on HP.com. In order to better engage its customers and support their purchase process with relevant content, the business unit needed to establish new editorial and publishing processes and best practices.

Tendo interviewed key stakeholders across the organization, then designed and rolled out a content creation process that ensured relevant editorial content and reinforced HP’s enterprise messaging. Tendo’s new process included editorial theme research, development, story planning, content development, and measurement.
