In 2010 Fiserv, a global provider of information management and electronic commerce systems for the financial services industry, engaged Tendo to provide content strategy as part of a major update to Fiserv.com. After years of acquisitions, the site had become a patchwork of disparate content that didn’t speak to its target audiences or effectively communicate the value of Fiserv’s offerings.
The company wanted a detailed evaluation of its current content and a strategy for achieving its goal of “One Fiserv.” Based on the quality of the recommendations and strategy Tendo delivered, Fiserv extended the engagement to include an additional content strategy assignment and subsequent training focused on content development best practices.
