Overview

Since 2001 Tendo has supplied Cisco with a wide variety of content marketing services. Our first engagement was the creation of the Business Industries and Solutions (BIS) channel on Cisco.com. We provided the information architecture, design, content strategy, and ongoing content support for a strategic website targeted at non-technical business executives.

The challenge was to increase Cisco brand awareness with a website that would attract and retain business decision makers by demonstrating Cisco's emerging Internet business strategies. Our goal was to attract user registrations from top executives within Cisco’s 200 largest global customers and prospects.

Within 18 months, the site had generated an average of 10 registered executive subscribers from more than 90 percent of targeted businesses.

Today, Tendo supports Cisco’s specialized audience marketing efforts by delivering content strategy, content auditing, content development, messaging strategy, and social media support for myriad small business and partner marketing initiatives. Tendo also provides ongoing support to the corporate digital and social marketing organization with process mapping, communications program support, and content development.
